| Do you have plans for the works to be carried out and/or installation sites? | Installation plans and locations are confidential information. Subject to End user’s approval, confidential information useful to technical and financial offer would be communicated to candidates who request it, subject to the prior signing of a confidentiality agreement (Annex V – Non-disclosure commitment).

| Can you tell me if this contract is subject to French regulations? | The tender is subject to CIVIPOL's Procurement Guide and the contract to be concluded will be subject to French law, which does not exclude the possibility that the contractor may occasionally have to comply with precise legal and regulatory requirements imposed by the Egyptian authorities.

| Additional information | The plans of the installation sites were requested from the ultimate recipient. As of April 17, 2025, no additional information is available for the drafting of financial offers. |
